"you," or "your") and Canadian Social Casino Experience Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our")

website at freegroupplay.com and any related mobile applications (collectively, the

4. Virtual Currency and Game Rules
4.1 Virtual Currency
Our Service uses virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased with real money or earned through
gameplay. Important points about virtual currency:

No Real-World Value
Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, legal
tender, or anything of monetary value outside our Service.

Non-Refundable
Purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable, except as required by
applicable law.

Virtual currency represents a limited license to access certain features of our Service
and may be revoked at any time.

Expiration
Virtual currency may expire if your account remains inactive for an extended period as

4.2 Virtual Items
Virtual items acquired through our Service are licensed to you on a limited, personal,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable basis. You acknowledge that you have no property
interest, right, or title in or to any virtual items.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Technical Violations
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Using automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to access our Service
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
- Interfering with or disrupting our Service or servers
Behavioral Violations
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation
- Posting or transmitting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Engaging in any form of cheating or exploiting game mechanics

Restrictions

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support or using the account
deletion feature in your account settings.
8.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Pose a security risk to our Service or other users
- Fail to pay any fees owed to us
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account
and all associated data, including virtual currency and virtual items, without liability to you.
9. Disclaimers
SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS"
OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- Our Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using our Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects in our Service will be corrected
- Our Service will meet your specific requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CANADIAN SOCIAL CASINO EXPERIENCE INC.
BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR
SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE
CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE
ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of
Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2 Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts
located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue
therein.
11.3 Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute
informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes through direct negotiation.
